- Payment is required by bank transfer 60 minutes after confirmation of booking.

- Booking requests should include the desired date and time of use, and any specific equipment or facility needs.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking time will be fully refunded.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.

5. Use of Facilities

- Clients must adhere to the rules and regulations of the gym nook during their session.

- Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any guests they bring.

- Damage to equipment or facilities caused by the client or their guests will be the client's responsibility.

6. Liability

- Gym Nook UK is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during the use of our facilities.

- Clients should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness program.
