What is Garage Nook UK?
Gym Nook UK is a platform that connects fitness enthusiasts with private gyms and fitness spaces available for rent across the UK. We provide a convenient way to find and book a fully equipped gym space by the hour.
How does Garage Nook work?
Our 4 step process is straightforward:
1. Message gymNookUk@gmail.com
with the date, time and any preferences.
2. You can book an hour or more, depending on availability.
3. Receive a confirmation for your booking with next steps.
4. Attend your booking time and pay after you are fully satisfied.
What equipment can I expect?
Dumbells, kettlebells, racks, barbells, sleds, benches, Pull up and dip bars and a variety of gymnastic equipment, cardio equipment and resistance bands. Contact us for a detailed equipment list.
Can I book more than an hour?
Yes, you can book multiple hour slots as long as there is availability. Simply include this additional time slot when making your booking.
How much does it cost to Book?
Nooks start at £25/hr and vary based on location, equipment, and peak times. Prices are listed on each nooks page.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking. Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 24 hours before your rental time for a full refund. For modifications, please contact us directly at GymNookUK@gmail.com.

Can I list a nook?
Listing your gym/ space is easy:
1. Email NookBookers@gymailcom.
2. Complete a few introduction questions including gym/space details, dimensions, equipment, availability, and photos and phone number.
3. Submit your listing for review. A member of our team will visit the nook to evaluate wether it is a good for for Gym Nook UK.
4. Once approved, your gym will be live on our platform
